Steve started working on Datsuns back in 1972 .He worked for a few Datsun Dealers in the mid 70's ,including Bankston Datsun in Irving ,Earl Hughes Datsun(Fort Worth,Texas' First Datsun Dealer)and Arlington Datsun.In his spare time he was Racing a Datsun 510 and a 2000 Roadster.He also worked with the "Infamous"Joe Flores and helped Crew on his B-Sedan Right Hand drive 710.Working part time servicing Z cars and Roadsters ,Rising Sun Performance was Born.
